From raw material input to bagging and packaging points, Stevens Aliphatic Urethane remains protected from airborne particles. Our equipment includes a specially designed cleaning system which removes any excess surface contaminates from both the film and the interleaf material, as well as sophisticated deionizing equipment to eliminate static on the rolls which can attract airborne particles.

Stevens Urethane offers the most optically clear aliphatic polyurethane film in the world. Aliphatic TPU sheet is used as a clear optical interlayer in encapsulated architectural and security glazing applications. Security glazing protects against ballistic, forced entry, impact and explosive threats in commercial, governmental, residential and transportation applications, among others. Stevens Aliphatic Products

Stevens AG8451, AG9550, AG4350 and AG4950 aliphatic urethane films are the industry standard for optical grade aliphatic polyurethane film. The materials offer a strong, durable bond with no delamination even when subject to UV exposure and frequent temperature extremes, UV screening protection, and lamination without the use of vacuum bags. AG8451 has a built-in primer system for adhesion to glass. All products are manufactured in a Class 10,000 clean room environment.
