Stevens Urethane extrudes polyurethane cord and custom profiles. Standard cord and profiles are polyester urethane, natural in color, and offered in diameters from 1/16" (1.59mm) to 3/4" (19.05mm). Other colors, sizes or compounds are available on request. Product is available in bulk spools, 100-foot coils, or cut pieces.

One common application for Stevens Urethane cord is fabricated O-ring drive belts for conveyor systems. Stevens also works with customers in developing various shaped profiles for specific applications, such as cable sheaves for elevator pulley systems.
